Director (elected 2015, district 1, term 2019)
Hanson farms corn and soybeans near Erdahl with wife Natalie and their children (Peyton, Samuel, Cooper, and Parker). He obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and is currently assistant vice president at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. He spends his time coaching youth football and basketball, as well as hunting, boating, golfing, and spending time with family. He is a member of the Elbow Lake Lions.
Vice-Chair (elected 2004, district 1, term 2016)
Prahl currently serves on the Grant County Wind Board. Prahl, along with his wife, Jackie, and children, Taylor and Parker, operate a grain operation west of Hoffman. Prahl holds a degree in Ag Business from Willmar Technical College.
Director (elected 2003, district 2, term 2017)
Ihnen was elected to serve on the board when Lowry joined CHS Prairie Lakes in September 2003. He operates a grain operation near Lowry. He is an elder at Hope Community Church in Starbuck. He holds a degree in Farm Equipment Mechanics from Alexandria Technical College.
Director (elected 2015, district 2, term 2018)
Erickson farms near Lowry with his wife Jennifer and children, Connor and Kendall, where they raise corn, soybeans, and hay. Erickson also works off the farm with Canadian Pacific Railroad. He attended Minnewaska Area High School and holds a Social Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Erickson assists with Minnewaska Youth Wrestling and is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Lowry.
Director (elected 2000, district 3, term 2016)
Anderson has served on the co-op board for more than 15 years, first with Farmers Union Oil Company and now CHS Prairie Lakes. Anderson is an agricultural producer who operates a corn and soybean farm southeast of Starbuck in Pope County. He is currently serving as a legislator for District 12B. Anderson holds a degree from the University of Minnesota.
Chairman (elected 2001, chairman since 2009, district 3, term 2019)
Jergenson currently operates a corn and soybean operation 15 miles south of Glenwood. He is married to Laura and they have two sons, Taylor and Collin. He serves his community through civic organizations, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and is Rolling Fork Township Clerk. Jergenson is a graduate of Alexandria Technical College.
Secretary (elected 2012, district 4, term 2017)
Gamradt has been a self employed farmer since 1970 in the Sauk Centre area. He is married to Sharon and they have five children and six grandchildren. Dave has served as President and Secretary on the American Dairy Association Board and was a past chairman of the CMC Board.
Director (elected 2015, district 4, term 2018)
Krause farms near Staples, where he and his family (wife Julie, daughter Kate and son-in-law Bret, and son Jon) raise corn, soybeans, kidney and edible beans, malting barley, and alfalfa. He earned a degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris and was named the 2012 Irrigator of the Year (Central Minnesota Irrigator’s Association). He is involved in numerous organizations, including being a board member of the Minnestoa Dry Bean Research and Promotion Council, Todd Wadena Electric Cooperative, and Minnesota Rural Electric Association, among others.
